What a day! Being part of SIME 2025 was not just an honor – it was a clear confirmation that we at Holistal are right in the heart of the movement shaping the future of work.
SIME has long been a gathering place for visionaries, innovators, and forward-thinkers, and this year’s edition was no exception. Packed stages, brilliant speakers, and a shared focus: how to create a sustainable and human future in a digital world.
We at Holistal were proud to take the stage and share our vision.
We spoke about how mental wellbeing, data-driven insights, and sustainable work environments are no longer just “nice to have” – they’re critical for success. Our solution shows how technology and humanism not only can coexist but actually amplify each other. That’s where we make a difference.
The feedback we received confirmed something we already sensed: there are many of us who want to see a shift in how we work, lead, and thrive. Thank you to everyone who came up afterward, asked questions, and shared your thoughts – these are the conversations that move us forward.
Inspiring speakers and insights from SIME 2025:
• James Appathurai, Deputy Assistant Secretary General for Emerging Security Challenges at NATO, shared insights on navigating a world of increasing hybrid threats and cyber challenges.
• Li Karlsén, freediver and founder of BKM, inspired us with her journey from a life-changing accident to becoming a world-class athlete and mindset coach, emphasizing the power of overcoming fear to find freedom.
• Ingrid af Sandeberg, AI expert and founder of Sandy Rock Brains / Aprisium, explored how AI can be used responsibly to drive innovation while preserving human values.
• Hanna Linderstål, cybersecurity expert and founder of Earhart Business Protection Agency, highlighted the most underestimated cyber threats and how companies can proactively prepare.
• Albert Bengtson, co-author of Principles of Intrapreneurial Capital and former Apple legend, shared his experiences on how intrapreneurship within organizations can drive innovation and growth.
And many more – each speaker contributed unique perspectives that together painted a picture of a future where technology, humanity, and sustainability go hand in hand.
A big thank you to SIME for an extraordinary event and for the opportunity to be part of this inspiring platform.
The future is not something we wait for – it’s something we build. Together.
