Muscle relaxation or training followed by cooking and theory on how to eat right when training.
Learn to interpret and understand ingredient lists, calculate your energy needs and adapt your food to your carbohydrate and protein needs. The workshop alternates between theory and practice and looks at self-awareness to help you find your "why" - coaching for possible weight loss and motivation to continue. Healthy food doesn't have to be boring or tasteless. We end the workshop by cooking good food.

Anna Permansson Reuterberg
Anna is a happy-go-lucky dietitian specializing in sports nutrition. She coaches elite athletes within the national ski team but also exercisers to find the right diet for competitive training, for example before a Swedish Classic or Ironman. Anna has a background as a competitive swimmer, triathlete and cross-country skier and now runs in the mountains for fun. Her holistic weight loss program includes diet but also influences self-image and behavioral patterns. She focuses on well-being and balance for more energy and strength in everyday life.
