Gordana Mihai
Gordana is a coach, therapist and HR strategist who supports employees and organizations that see personal development as the foundation for professional success and sustainable growth. With a solid background in strategic HR and leadership development, she coaches employees and management teams to strengthen self-awareness, lead with authenticity and navigate through change with clarity and courage. Her work is characterized by a future-oriented view of talent development, with a focus on building strong teams and sustainable work environments.
Gordana has an academic background in sociology, political science, psychology and change management. She is a certified psycho-synthesis therapist, certified coach and change manager, and has over 20 years of experience in mindfulness practice – a cornerstone of her work with personal and professional development.

through increased awareness, targeted development and celebration of successes along the way.
