While our jobs often provide meaning and purpose to our lives, they are also often a source of stress. Deadlines, long days and tough conversations can lead to anxiety and depression.

Many companies today implement mindfulness exercises as a way to reduce stress for high-performing employees.

Mindfulness consists of various exercises that help you focus on the present. You learn how to be in tune with your thoughts and feelings without distraction and judgment.

Mindfulness meditation helps you gain control over your mind and emotions, enabling you to reduce stress and be calmer and kinder to yourself and others. Being more aware, helps you over time to make better and more conscious choices so you can be more of who you want to be.

What is a small group?

Our Small Group program is a digital coaching program where you get: 

  • Weekly meetings with our coaches

  • Individual coaching and support during the program 

  • Practical tips and strategies to create sustainable habits

  • Community and motivation in a group of peers
