Pain in the neck or back? How we feel in our body affects our mind and our emotions. We all know that we sit too much and that it creates stiffness in the neck, back and even in the legs.

Therapeutic yoga techniques can help you balance your body and keep it balanced. Many of the exercises can also be done at work, using the chair and desk as tools, to prevent tension from building up.

So, even if you go to the gym regularly, the exercises give you increased mobility, flexibility and blood flow throughout the day.

We go through the body, posture and exercises and create a program that is based on the individual needs and the body's conditions.
